This immersive day at the group's international headquarters is dedicated to recruiting for Beauty Tech apprenticeships starting in September 2025.

Here's what this exceptional day has in store for you:

Morning:
* Deep dive into the world of L'Oréal: Discover our 37 iconic brands, our values, and the exciting challenges of the beauty market.
* Inspiring discussions with managers from different professions and divisions.
* Unique opportunity to ask your questions and gain a better understanding of various roles in Beauty Tech.

Afternoon:
* Exclusive encounters with our recruitment teams: tours, advice...
* Interviews with managers seeking future talents to join their teams. This is your chance to shine and demonstrate your motivation!

Working in Cybersecurity, Dev or as a PMO/IT PM/PO at L'Oréal?

Cybersecurity:
* Prepare PCI DSS audits on credit card payments
* Design and create cybersecurity awareness materials and events
* Raise cybersecurity awareness among teams
* Write and optimize detection rules on a SIEM solution
* Write and optimize automation playbooks on a SOAR solution
* Leverage AI/ML features on L'Oréal's security solutions
* Test new cyberdefense solutions
* Monitor RED TEAM exercises
* Investigate incidents impacting security solutions in production at L'Oréal

PMO/IT PM/PO:
* Manage and coordinate a portfolio of projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met while following guidelines
* Become a PMO/IT PM master by joining a team managing up to 200 projects!
* Lead a community of international stakeholders and ensure best practices
* Track project portfolio and create KPIs using Power BI

Fullstack Development:
* Implement APIs, usable UIs; contribute to their design with the UX teams & POs
* Trigger events in order to be able to analyze the user flow and user experience
* Test features in order to reduce regressions and the number of bugs
* Contribute to the definition of the web stack templates & make them evolve

YOUR PROFILE:
* Master student who are seeking for one year apprenticeship
* Engineering, business school, or university student (a Master's degree or specialization in project management is a plus for PMO/IT PM roles)
* Fluent in French and/or English

For Cybersecurity:
* Prior experience in cybersecurity/infrastructure is required.
* Proficiency in Python.
* Understanding of compliance and governance.
* Curiosity, proactivity, and a thirst for knowledge.
* Additional assets: Knowledge of hacking techniques, cloud architecture, SIEM solutions, and/or experience in AI-ML.

For PMO/PO/IT PM:
* Knowledge of Agile methodology.
* Curiosity, collaborative spirit, and a desire to make an impact.
* A taste for innovation, autonomy, and teamwork.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Additional assets: Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and/or project management tools such as JIRA, Klaxoon, Service Now, etc.
* Available on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to be present at L'Oréal's international headquarters

For Fullstack Development:
* Prior experience in Development is a plus
* You can use Node JS, React JS, SQL/Postgre SQL, Unitary & integration tests for javascript
