We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our global Corporate marketing team (AMER & Paris). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, localizing content to meet the needs of global markets, and crafting high-quality written content across various formats. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about storytelling, is detail-oriented, and has a proven track record in content marketing, social media management, and localization.
Localization: Paris headquarters (16e) fluent levels of French and English are required
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:

- Identify and take on writing projects for the content marketing team, including blog posts, articles, and other formats to engage our audience.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate Mirakl’s existing content to identify ways to reuse/repurpose, improve performance, and ensure the quality of content remains high.
- Ensure that all Mirakl content continues to be relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with Mirakl’s global voice, written brand, and style.
Corporate Marketing Social Media Strategy:

- Own social media calendar for corporate marketing team and coordinates with global digital teams on calendaring.
- Partner with the rest of the team to identify topics for social and act as a reference point for social media best practices/tools across the team.
- Develop content for social posts, particularly LinkedIn
- Measure, analyze, and report on performance.Refine strategy based on performance to further social media goals.
- Develop and execute employee advocacy social media strategy in partnership with the employer branding team.
Website management
- Manage inbound requests from the rest of the company on changes to the website.
- Make changes and constantly optimize the website to improve brand reach and lead generation
Localization of Content

- Adapt content to fit the needs of global markets, ensuring it resonates with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work closely with local teams and external agencies to translate and localize content for different regions.
- Ensure localized content aligns with regional cultural nuances, linguistic accuracy, and SEO best practices.
Collaboration and Optimization:

- Ensure that content is up-to-date and easily accessible for marketing and sales teams via internal tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all global marketing functions, particularly field, digital and product marketing teams.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Use AI in all processes and creation of assets for the highest level of efficiency
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills (both French and English) with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and content calendars in a BtoB environment
- Knowledge of localization processes and best practices for adapting content across multiple markets.
