Health & EB CoE Team
As part of AXA Group market disclosure, in both Driving Progress 2023 plan and recently Unlock the future 2026 strategy, Health & Employees Benefits is highlighted as one of the key levers to achieve its growth ambition in Health & Protection segment. The AXA Group Management has a clear ambition to become a global and international Health & EB leader.
The Global Health Division has been created in July 2023 to support this strategy, and it notably aims to support the top 15 AXA entities across the world to transform their H&EB technical & operational excellence practices as well as offering a more integrated insurance model with services and care management. It should ultimately increase local footprint and earnings pattern in Health & EB (Group Health & Protection).
The H&EB CoE is one of the key components of the Global Health Division at central level which is in charge to accelerate dissemination of best and new practices in terms of pricing, portfolio management, claims cost containment leveraging internal and external data and AI.
The H&EB CoE is made of +10 experts with various level of seniority acting as an extended team of local ones, working hand-in-hands with local Chief Health Officer (Excom Members) teams to identify and to implement new opportunities in pricing, underwriting, claims cost predictions and containment fields.
The H&EB CoE is also in charge to steer a dedicated governance set-up across entities senior experts enabling the technical & operational specialization in Health and EB transversally and maximizing the creation and roll-out of Global Assets.
Your mission
You will be a key resource working closely with both Pricing, Claims cost predictions and containment & Data leaders to support entities transforming their technical and operational practices in Health & EB and enabling them to reach their ambitious targets.
Through a data-driven approach leveraging data science and machine learning technics, you will participate in developing state-of-the-art pricing and underwriting methodologies, claims cost analysis & predictions, medical providers assessment, steering beneficiary to preferential medical care path.
You will also take part of the new governance among entities expert as a catalyst of best practices and defining new level of technical excellence in Health & EB.
You will carry out the following tasks
· Work with H&EB CoE practice leaders and entities’ head of technical functions to implement prioritized projects in pricing, underwriting and claims cost containment in selected entities.
· Define and follow up on KPIs to monitor the business impact of these projects on the top and bottom line.
· Contribute to develop the Global Health Claims platform which aims to modernize our medical provider scoring, to enhance our claims predictions capabilities, to create new claims pattern benchmark across entities.
Profil recherché
We’re looking for a motivated professional who is ready to contribute to our innovative team. If you have a solid foundation in actuarial science and a desire to develop within an international environment, this opportunity is for you.
· 3 to 10 years of experience in Health & EB business pricing or technical department or 3 to 10 years of experience in Data Science for Insurance
· Education: Actuary or/and Applied Mathematics or/and Data Science certification
· English fluent is mandatory, any additional language among Spanish, Italian or German would be appreciated.
· Analytical and decision-making skills
· Communication and interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
· Creativity, enjoy thinking out of the box and working in a multi-cultural environment
· Flexibility and agility are a must
