This position is open to candidates located in Paris only.

🔥 Our team / why this role

At Joko, the B2B team is the growth engine: we expand Joko’s merchant network and deliver unbeatable deals to our users.

We operate across three business lines with one mission:

  • Online team: Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms.

  • Card-Linked team: our Sales team is in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing long-lasting partnerships.

  • Gift Cards team: Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants.

You’ll join the Gift Cards team, already a massive business line, grown x10 in the last year, yet it still feels like day one. This is an opportunity to join as our very first Gift Cards Account Manager. Everything is still to be built: from defining merchant collaboration to shaping how we identify and close new commercial opportunities. If you’ve been waiting for a role where you can make a real impact, this is it.

  • Negotiate the best rates and commercial terms to maximize user value and business growth

  • Create strong, long-term relationships with merchants and partners

  • Spot opportunities across industries and turn them into deals

  • Sign new merchants and expand our catalog to ensure Joko offers the widest, most attractive selection

  • Work hand-in-hand with Marketing to put gift cards in the spotlight and boost visibility

  • Monitor performance and prioritize the biggest growth levers

👀 Who we’re looking for
