    • Act as the main point of contact for C&B-related topics.

  • Payroll & Administration

    • Run payroll operations across countries (France, Spain, US), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with Finance.

    • Administer contracts, amendments, benefits, visas, and time-off.

    • Handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality.

  • Compliance & Legal

    • Ensure compliance with French labor law and anticipate changes.

    • Oversee compliance across jurisdictions (FR, ES, US).

    • Secure documentation for audits, fundraising, and due diligence.

    • Support disciplinary cases, offboarding, and sensitive processes discreetly.

  • Processes & Tools

    • Build, set up, and manage HR tools and maintain data accuracy.

    • Continuously optimize and document People Ops processes for efficiency and employee experience.

    • Provide reliable data for reviews, mobility, and workforce planning.

  • Employee Lifecycle & Culture

    • Deliver a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience in partnership with your teammate.

    • Ensure each employee interaction feels accurate, human, and consistent with our culture.

    • Support initiatives around engagement, performance reviews, and leveling frameworks.

  • Team Support

    • Be a trusted advisor for managers and employees on People Ops matters.

    • Partner, along with your peer in People Ops, with the People Business Partner and VP People to align People Ops with broader People strategy.
