At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our mission is to revolutionize shopping—empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money.

Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 80 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 4 million users already save money every day at 7,000+ merchants with Joko.

From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and impact.

Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally — with a strong focus on the US.
It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us!

☎️ Our B2B team

“Nothing stops them from getting the best deals for Joko users. The B2B team’s mission is to develop and grow Joko’s merchant network, and available offers.”

The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.

  • For the Online team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms.

  • As for Card-Linked, Account Executives are in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing these long-lasting partnerships.

  • Finally, for the Gift Cards team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants.

Led by Nicolas, our CRO, we are a vibrant team full of energy! We work closely with other teams to give the best experience to our partners and build strong long-term relationships. We are a small but unstoppable squad that manages millions of euros in contracts thanks to our outstanding team members and a deep sense of camaraderie. We don't take ourselves too seriously and make sure that the journey is a blast!

🎯 What you will do

At Joko, we launched a year ago a new business line that has tremendous potential: users can now purchase Gift Cards to pay for their purchases through the app and earn immediate cash back.

As a Gift Cards Intern, your main mission will be to work hand-in-hand with the team to ensure this business line is growing at its full potential, through visibility, commercial offers and smooth operations. Gift Cards is a fast-growing new business line, and there's so much to build!

This is for an internship starting January or March 2026, for 6 months.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of Gift Cards in the US: Optimize operations, enhance monitoring post-launch, leverage user insights to adapt our strategy, and build strong partnerships with US gift card providers to scale the business relationships with US gift card providers.

  • Data analysis: Ensure close monitoring of the gift card business and analyze the performances closely with the different teams.

  • Brands management: Manage relationships with providers and brands, to provide the best possible rates to our users, on all the merchants we can.

  • Marketing: Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to support the growth of the new gift cards business line (newsletters, CRM rules, etc.)

  • Operations: Ensure we have all the right processes in place to scale this business line, both to provide the best experience to our users and to ensure we have the right internal monitoring processes.

  • Product: Work with the Product team to ensure we are prioritizing correctly in regards to the Gift Cards feature, and perform user interviews to understand their behavior and gather feedback.

  • Care: Work with the Care team to anticipate users’ requests on this topic, and collect feedback from users

👀 Who we're looking for
  • Education: You will be graduated from a top business or engineering school (or equivalent) and are currently looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship.

  • Experience: You have internship experience working in a startup/scaleup in the commercial field or as a founder associate, in big tech companies or in the consulting/finance industry.

  • Languages: You are a fluent French speaker, but also at ease in English both written and spoken.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You love to create things from scratch, love challenges, are a true problem-solver, and might even think of launching your own company someday.

  • Relationships and communication: You are very comfortable in spoken and written formats. You love communicating and building long-lasting relationships with your stakeholders.

  • Efficiency: You are fond of productivity tools and able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.

  • Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details and you always spot issues.
