Mission Objective


Client is launching a strategic initiative to implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

solution. The CLM implementation is a key step to address critical challenges in contracting

processes.


The project aims to:


Leverage state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance contract search and analysis.

Deploy AI-powered contract intelligence, advanced search functionalities, and natural language processing.

Enable automated insights into contract performance.

Establish a centralized, structured repository for all contractual data.


Salary range per month or rate per day

Role and Responsibilities:


As the IT point of contact for the project, the Consultant will serve as Project Manager /

Product Owner, ensuring the successful deployment of the CLM solution.


Key responsibilities include:


Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Prioritize, manage and deliver the product backlog.

Act as the liaison between stakeholders, the vendor, and the development team.

Organize and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

Track project progress (scope, planning, budget, risks).

Support testing and validation phases before go-live.


Technical skills:


Knowledge of CLM/CRM process and solutions (experience with DocuSign, Luminance, Salesforce or equivalent solutions are a plus).

Understanding of SaaS architectures and system integrations.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Soft skills:

Curiosity and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

A true “doer” mindset: proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.

Excellent communication with both business and technical stakeholders.

Analytical and structured mindset.

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with diverse teams.
