About the Role:


We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Backend Team, focusing on the Demand Side Platform/Supply Side Platform. This role is backend-heavy, with minimal front-end responsibilities, and involves building and maintaining distributed systems at scale.


You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions and ensure the reliability and stability of our platform.

What you will be doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go
  • Build and optimize distributed systems to support high-volume, low-latency transactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including full-stack engineers (ad rendering and performance), SDK, DevOps, and Product teams.
  • Ensure reliability and stability through well-defined SLIs and SLOs.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and influence long-term technical direction.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies: 2-week sprints, daily standups, grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Monitor and maintain system health using Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Contribute to the migration from Redis to Valkey and optimize database usage (DynamoDB, SQL).
  • Work within the AWS ecosystem to ensure scalable and secure deployments.
  • Tech Stack: Go, Python, Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka, DynamoDB, SQL, Redis, Grafana, Prometheus & Sloth

    • About you

  • 3–5 years of software engineering experience, with a strong backend focus.
  • Hands-on experience with Go or willingness to become proficient.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and best practices for reliability and scalability.
  • Familiarity with SLI/SLO concepts and performance monitoring, memory and cpu profiling, caching.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across engineering, DevOps, and product teams.
  • AdTech experience is a plus, but not required (we’ll help you ramp up)
