Main Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on customer feedback, inquiries, and issues across multiple channels.
  • Support the launch and monitoring of new services and products across countries.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content aligned with our commercial brands.
  • Track and analyze user insights and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in web and digital audits to ensure quality and consistency across our online ecosystem.

Profile Needed

Profile & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Business (or related field).
  • Strong interest in digital ecosystems and customer engagement.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt content to different audiences and SEO requirements.
  • Fluent in English, Amharic and afaan oromo
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative, curious, and proactive — with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and digital communication trends.
