Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering design works such as detail drawings and specifications;
• Assist in tender preparation;
• Liaise with project teams, clients, government, architects, contractors in project implementation;
• Monitor the works of E&M sub-contractors and suppliers on site.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services/ Mechanical / Electrical engineering or related discipline with 2-10 years of related working experience;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, BIM;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Experience with consultancy firm will be an advantage;
• Candidate with professional qualification (CEng, MHKIE) will be an advantage;
• Candidate with more than 6 years’ consultancy firm experience will be considered as senior position;
