Your Key Responsibilities

As our Office Manager, your mission is to oversee daily operations and provide high-level administrative support. Your daily tasks will include:

Office Operations: Managing the physical workspace, coordinating repairs, and overseeing security and communal areas.

Reception & Correspondence: Greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.

Administration: Maintaining physical and digital records to ensure information is easily accessible.

Supply & Logistics: Tracking inventory and ordering office supplies to prevent work interruptions.

Financial Support: Assisting with bookkeeping, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.

Event Planning: Organizing office events, meetings, and social activities, including catering and venue booking.


What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an autonomous and results-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in administration, or a similar role.

  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.

  • A hands-on approach with the ability to identify problems and propose process improvements.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Strong intercultural skills and a collaborative spirit.

  • Fluent in English & German

Bonus: Prior knowledge of accounting is a plus!
