Job Description
As Business Operations / Growth Operations Manager, you will be at the crossroads of operations, technology, and growth. Your mission will be to make our lead flows more efficient, build smart automations, and keep our CRM systems running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Head of Business Operations on strategic projects that support our growth across Europe.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Optimize lead flows: Improve how leads are generated, routed, and converted.
Build automations: Create and maintain workflows with tools like Make.com and n8n to reduce manual work.
Manage CRM tools: Keep Hubspot and Airtable clean, integrated, and adapted to business needs.
Support cross-country projects: Share best practices, adapt processes, and help local teams scale effectively.
Analyze performance: Build dashboards and track KPIs to generate actionable insights.
Experiment & improve: Test new workflows, tools, and approaches, scaling what works.
Enable teams: Document processes and train colleagues to use new tools confidently.
Prior experience in lead generation, digital performance and management of paid campaigns is a plus.
Profile Needed
What we are looking for
1–3 years of experience in business operations, growth operations, sales/marketing ops, or a related field (internships and junior roles welcome).
Prior experience in CRM systems (Hubspot, Airtable,...) and in building automations for lead management.
Prior experience using automation platforms (Make.com, n8n, Zapier, etc.).
Analytical, data-driven mindset with solid Excel skills (SQL or scripting is a plus).
Problem-solving attitude: you enjoy spotting inefficiencies and finding better ways to work.
Clear communicator, comfortable collaborating across different teams and producing impactful slides (PPT)
Fluency in English required; French and German a strong plus; other European languages welcome
