Position overview:
The Ecommerce and Digital Solutions Specialist is essential to managing our online B2B multi-brand ecommerce platforms and various digital solutions (i.e. Adobe Commerce, Salesforce, Wrike, etc.). This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who excels at critical thinking, ability to follow complex processes and has strong troubleshooting skills. This is permanent full-time position with hybrid (2-3 days per week) at our Burlington Head Office located at 5041 Burlington, Ontario. Typical work hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

What you'll do:

Ecommerce and Product Management

  • Manage the daily operations of our ecommerce platform including maintaining accurate product information, customer price lists, product images and promotional cart rules

  • Support internal departments with the rollout of product launches and platform features

  • Work closely with different departments (product management, marketing, finance) to tailor and publish products that will be shared across our multi-branded platforms.

  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to execute campaigns within platform limitations

Digital Solutions & Database Management

  • Leverage existing digital solutions to efficiently support daily business operations

  • Ensure our salesforce database of contacts is maintained, and populated with correct data

  • Ensure adherence to established workflows and processes for all digital solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on the effective use of our digital solutions

Customer and Operational Support

  • Act as the first line of technical support, to both internal team members and customers with any issues or inquires troubleshoot technical issues with our digital solutions, including our e-commerce platforms

  • Collaborate with global colleagues to enhance our Google Analytics to track feature usage and identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for:

Education, Certifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience working with digital tools and analytical data

  • Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms and their administrative interfaces, including familiarity with backend configurations (such as Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify, Amazon AWS)

  • Proactive and demonstrated ability to identify patterns in data and highlight oddities to prevent errors before occurring

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly using knowledge of digital platforms

  • Highly analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving

Analytical and critical thinking

  • Pattern awareness

  • Ability to follow logical processes

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Filtering, VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, Organizing Data)

  • Strong troubleshooting ability

  • Exceptional attention to detail accuracy

  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborated approach to working with cross-functional teams and customers
