We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth squad. You’ll be shaping how millions of users sign up, stay engaged, and come back. Your impact will be measurable, immediate, and lasting.

As one of the co-leads to our Growth squad alongside a Product Manager and Tech Lead, you will guide end-to-end product experiments and high-impact initiatives. From ideation to implementation, your design decisions will directly influence user retention, revenue, and the core metrics that keep Yubo scaling toward our goals.

• Partner with your Product Manager and Tech Lead to set squad objectives and lead product strategy

• Own the design process end-to-end, from rough sketches to polished UIs

• Design and ship intuitive, conversion-focused user experiences

• Ideate and test growth experiments via A/B testing and rapid iteration

• Analyze user behavior with tools like Amplitude and collaborate with our data team to inform design decisions

• Contribute to evolving Yubo’s design system to support scalable and consistent interfaces

• Perform competitor research and user interviews to deepen product understanding

• You have 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in consumer tech or mobile apps

• You feel comfortable impacting and monitoring metrics such as DAU, conversion, churn, retention…

• You understand how to balance short-term experiments with long-term product quality

• You collaborate well with engineers and PMs and Data Analysts.

• Get familiar with Yubo’s product, brand, and user base

• Meet your squad and build working rhythms with your PM and Tech Lead

• Familiarize yourself with data usage within Yubo and how it impacts Product Design

• Start exploring the current design system

• Work on your first quick win initiative with the Growth squad

• Lead the design of a key growth initiative from ideation to launch

• Analyze results from at least one experiment and iterate based on learnings

• Make informed contributions to the design system

• Redesign a major first-time experience flow to boost sign-ups

• Deliver user-centric designs that improve virality and re-engagement

• Embed growth-focused design thinking across your squad

• Demonstrate measurable impact on core KPIs like DAU and conversion rates
